Yes. The sky-deck cafe is open to day visitors, not just overnight guests. On weekends, message ahead to hold a table.

Four: a Log Hut (up to 3 guests), a Glass House (up to 4) and two Deluxe Rooms (up to 2 each). It’s a small property, so weekends and peak season fill fast.
What does a stay cost?
Deluxe from ₹3,000/night (₹3,500 on-season). Log Hut and Glass House from ₹5,800 (₹7,000 on-season). Taxes, morning tea and housekeeping included.
What about meals?
