At Pahadi House, we believe the mountains should be as welcoming as possible — to every kind of traveller. We are committed to making our digital presence accessible and to being transparent about the physical accessibility of our mountain properties.
We strive to ensure that our website is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA standard.
Digital accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review our website and are committed to addressing issues as they arise. We are continuously working to improve the experience for all users.
We want to be honest and upfront: our properties are located in mountain terrain, and some have inherent physical accessibility limitations. We believe transparency helps every guest make informed decisions.
